INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS FOR CONTINUOUS PRE-QUALIFICATION N ° 22/15

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A POOL OF "SALAMA" APPROVED SUPPLIERS ENTERING THE SUPPLY OF GENERIC ESSENTIAL DRUGS, DENTISTRY PRODUCTS, MEDICAL CONSUMABLES

"SALAMA" informs applicants who are suppliers of generic essential drugs, dentistry and medical consumables, To the open international prequalification tender N ° 22/15 with a view to obtaining a pool of approved suppliers (product / manufacturer pair) with continuous technical evaluation.

The purpose of this procedure is : - to allow new suppliers to bid at any time of the year, and to newly accredited suppliers to update their files and expand their product range to Length of year - to assess the quality of service and products offered by potential suppliers of "SALAMA" and to draw up a list of approved product / manufacturer couples. The accreditations obtained will be integrated with The SALAMA database and will be valid for 4 years.

Approvals obtained under AOI N ° 17/10, AOI N ° 18/11, AOI N ° 19/12, AOI N ° 20/13 and AOI 21/14 Of the updating of the quality documents, a list of which is stipulated in the tender specifications.

Suppliers accredited to AOI N ° 17/10 - AOI N ° 18/11-AOI N ° 19/12 - AOI N ° 20/13 and AOI 21/14 can expand their range Of products.

New suppliers, as well as those wishing to expand their range of products, will be able to obtain the tender dossier under the same conditions stipulated below.

The tender dossier N ° 22/15 is valid until the end of 2015.

This tender dossier can be withdrawn from Thursday 28 May 2015 , with the Executive Secretariat of "SALAMA" Ar 100,000 (one hundred thousand Ariary) (or the equivalent in foreign currency) to be paid by certified check or cash deposited at the "SALAMA" . A receipt will be issued to candidates . This receipt must imperatively accompany the submission files.

For applicants outside Madagascar, the tender dossier may be sent to them by e-mail or express letter against the payment of the sum of 150 (one hundred and fifty) US Dollars, or 'Equivalent in Ariary, (price of the file + shipping costs) non refundable, payable by bank transfer. (Bank charges are payable by the supplier.) "SALAMA" bank details on request).

1st technical evaluation session: Wednesday 26 August 2015. Opening date for bids with samples: Tuesday 25 August 2015 at 13h30 (local time) Public meeting. Delayed offers and those received after this date will be evaluated at the 2nd evaluation session.

2 nd technical evaluation session: Wednesday 25 November 2015. Opening date for bids with samples: Tuesday 24 November 2015 at 13h30 (local time) Public meeting

Prequalification gives applicants who have been approved, after the technical evaluation of their bids, access to the restricted invitations to tender issued by SALAMA during the period of validity of the approvals.
